Farhad Moshiri exhibits solo at the Third Line Gallery for the third time. This single new work is a product of his humor and continued experimentation with utensils and textures. His neo-pop sculpture made out of an assortment of kitchen knives gives a sharp commentary on social situations and daily life.
Moshiri has been largely recognized for his mastery of Iranian visual vernacular, as well as a sharp awareness of popular culture and art history.
(Exhibition: between March – April 2011)
